1. Information we collect
Information you give us
When you submit one of our forms (Contact, Sell Your Car, or Source a Car), we collect the information you enter, which may include:
- Your name, email address, and phone number.
- Details about a vehicle you are interested in, want us to source, or want to sell, such as year, make, model, mileage, condition, asking price, and budget.
- Any photos you choose to upload and the contents of your message.
We only ask for information we need to respond to your request. Fields marked optional can be left blank.
Information collected automatically
We use Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy-focused, cookieless analytics service, to understand how the Site is used. It records aggregate information such as pages viewed, referring site, approximate country, browser, and device type. It does not use cookies, does not store your IP address, and does not track you across other websites. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs (including IP address and request time) for security and reliability.

2. How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry, offer, or sourcing request.
- To communicate with you about a specific vehicle or transaction by email or phone.
- To evaluate a vehicle you want to sell to us.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
- To comply with legal obligations that apply to licensed motor vehicle dealers in Florida.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising. We will not send you marketing messages unless you ask us to.
3. Calls and text messages
If you provide a phone number, you agree that we may call or text you about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying STOP to a text or by emailing info@rennsource.com.
4. How we share information
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the Site and respond to you:
- Vercel hosts the Site and provides cookieless analytics.
- Resend delivers form submissions to our inbox as email.
- Our email provider stores the messages we receive from you.
These providers may only use your information to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.
5. Retention
We keep form submissions for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain records of any transaction. Records related to a completed vehicle purchase or sale are kept for the period required by Florida law. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see Section 7); we will honor the request unless we are required to keep it.
6. Security
The Site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are transmitted to us securely. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
- Access, correction, deletion. Email us at info@rennsource.com to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted.
- Analytics. You can turn off analytics through the cookie notice on the Site, or by using a browser setting or extension that blocks analytics scripts.
- Communications. You can opt out of calls or texts as described in Section 3.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of them.
8. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Third-party links
The Site links to third-party sites such as Instagram and Facebook. Their privacy practices are their own, and this policy does not apply to them.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
